La famiglia Berti produce coltelli da oltre 100 anni,da quando David Berti aprì la sua bottega in Via dell'Oche, a Scarperia.
E lo fa da allora senza interruzione: dopo David sono stati Severino e poi Alvaro, ed adesso Andrea a far vivere questa tradizione di famiglia.
Perchè non basta produrre coltelli a Scarperia per essere eredi della sua tradizione: occorre farlo da un po' di tempo, magari da un secolo...
The Berti family produces knives from more than one hundred years, when David Berti opened his own business at Scarperia in Via dell'Oche.
Since then they work continuously: after David, Severino, Alvaro and now Andrea is keeping up this family tradition.
